Our products are printed on demand. We will only start designing, printing, and producing after your order has been paid for. Production time is 4–7 business days. The delivery times will vary depending on your location.
As soon as the order is shipped, we will update you with the tracking number so you can monitor the shipping progress of your order. Please note that these are estimates and cannot be guaranteed. Once your product(s) are in transit, any delays are beyond our control. Please see the estimated shipping times for specific locations below.

- For products with personalized information: For items where customers can request personalized details such as names, logos, added or removed details, and patterns, we do not accept returns or refunds unless the error is on our part (for example, the product size does not match the size chart description, or the personalized information does not match the customer's order details). Please carefully check the product size chart before placing an order. We are not responsible for customers choosing the wrong size for personalized products.
