1. Production & Processing Time

Because your order is custom-made, it undergoes a meticulous creation and quality-check process:

  • Processing & Production Time: 4 – 7 business days.

  • Order Modifications: You have a 12-hour window after placing your order to modify shipping details or order information. Once production begins, changes cannot be made.

2. Free International Shipping & Estimated Times

We are proud to offer Free Standard Shipping on all orders to the United States, the European Union, the United Kingdom, Canada, Australia, and New Zealand. To ensure speed and safety, we partner with world-class carriers, including FedEx, UPS, and DHL.

4. Important Delivery Terms

  • Address Accuracy: Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. Beunikart is not responsible for packages returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

  • Customs, Duties & Taxes (DDP): We operate on a Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) basis. This means that the final price you pay at checkout is all-inclusive. All applicable taxes, VAT, and import duties for the US, EU, UK, Canada, Australia, and New Zealand are fully covered by Beunikart. You will not encounter any hidden fees or additional customs charges upon delivery.

  • Delivery Liability: Once the carrier marks a package as "Delivered," we are no longer liable for lost or stolen parcels. Any items returned to our warehouse due to non-collection will be donated to support local communities.
