2. Currency & Transparent Pricing (DDP)

  • Currency: All transactions are processed in US Dollars (USD). If your local currency is different (such as EUR, GBP, CAD, AUD, or NZD), your payment provider or card issuer will automatically handle the conversion at their current exchange rate during checkout.
  • No Hidden Fees: We operate on a Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) basis. The final price displayed at checkout includes all applicable taxes, VAT, and international customs duties. You will not face any unexpected charges upon delivery.

By using trusted providers like Stripe and PayPal, your sensitive financial information (like your credit card number) is never shared with us or stored on Beunikart's servers. 4. Payment Processing & Order Status

  • Immediate Confirmation: In most cases, your payment is confirmed instantly, and your order immediately moves to our "Production" phase.
  • Pending Payments: If your payment status shows as "Pending" (e.g., an eCheck), your payment provider may be performing a routine security check or clearing funds from your bank. We will begin crafting your Made-to-Order item as soon as the status officially updates to "Paid."
  • Avoid Gift Cards: We highly recommend avoiding prepaid gift cards for international transactions, as they can complicate the refund process should a return or cancellation be necessary.

5. How Do I Know My Payment Was Successful?

Once your transaction is complete:

  • You will be redirected back to our Site with an on-screen order confirmation.
  • You will receive an official digital receipt via email from your chosen payment processor (Stripe or PayPal).
  • You will receive a detailed Order Confirmation email directly from Beunikart.
