1. Do You Ship Throughout the United States?

Yes! Beunikart currently focuses on serving customers across the United States. We partner with premium carriers like FedEx, UPS, and DHL to ensure your custom art arrives safely and promptly at your doorstep.

Note: At this time, we specialize in US orders to provide the fastest service and Free Shipping. If we encounter any regional carrier restrictions regarding your specific address, we will notify you immediately and issue a full refund.

2. What Is Your Returns & Exchange Policy?

  • For Non-Personalized Products: You may request an exchange or return within 30 days. Customers are responsible for return shipping fees.

  • For Personalized Products: Because these are Made-to-Order specifically for you, we do not accept returns unless the mistake is ours (e.g., damaged item, wrong size vs. size chart, or incorrect personalization).

  • Tip: Please double-check our size charts and your custom text carefully before ordering.

3. What If My Order Does Not Arrive or Is Damaged?

  • Damages: Please inspect your package upon arrival. If an item is defective or incorrect, email us a photo immediately. We will review it and send a free replacement or provide a suitable solution.

  • Non-delivery: If your order is significantly delayed, contact us. We will work with the carrier to track it down or resolve the issue.

4. Can I Change My Shipping Address?

You have a 12-hour window after placing your order to request an address change. Once the order has entered the production or shipping phase, we cannot modify the address or issue a refund for incorrect details provided at checkout.

5. Tracking Shows "Delivered" But I Haven't Received It?

If the carrier confirms delivery but you cannot find the package, please check with neighbors or your local post office. While we are not responsible for stolen parcels, our team will support you in contacting the carrier to investigate the situation.

6. Can I Cancel My Order?

You may cancel your order within 24 hours of purchase, provided it hasn't entered production. Approved cancellations will receive a full refund to your original payment method. Orders already in the shipping process cannot be canceled.
