2. Made-to-Order & Custom Product Disclaimer At Beunikart, every product is handcrafted and printed specifically for you after your order is placed.

  • Variations: Due to the nature of custom printing, slight variations in color, placement, or design may occur. These are considered unique characteristics of the "Made-to-Order" process, not defects.

  • Customer Responsibility: Please review product descriptions and size charts carefully. We are committed to quality, but we cannot be responsible for customer errors such as choosing the wrong size or providing low-quality photos for custom designs.

3. Pricing, Taxes & Order Cancellations We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order. In the event of a typographical error in pricing, we may cancel orders placed at the incorrect price, even if payment has been processed. A full refund will be issued immediately to your original payment method in such cases.

  • Taxes & Duties Included (DDP): We operate on a Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) basis. This means that the final price you see at checkout is all-inclusive. All applicable taxes, VAT, and customs duties for the US, EU, UK, Canada, Australia, and New Zealand are fully covered by Beunikart. You will not encounter any hidden fees or unexpected charges upon delivery.

4. Free Shipping & Delivery Commitment We proudly offer free shipping on all orders to the US, EU, UK, Canada, Australia, and New Zealand. All orders include door-to-door tracking. While we use reliable international carriers (FedEx, UPS, or DHL), Beunikart takes full responsibility for your shopping experience. If a package is confirmed lost or arrives damaged during transit, please contact us so we can assist with a replacement or a solution.

5. Returns & Refunds Your satisfaction is our priority. Please review our policy based on your location and the type of product you ordered:

  • Customized/Personalized Products: Due to the bespoke nature of these items, we cannot accept returns for a "change of mind" across all regions, as they are legally exempt from standard right-of-withdrawal laws (including EU/UK regulations).

  • Defective or Damaged Items: If your item arrives defective, damaged, or incorrectly processed, issues must be reported with photo evidence via email within 30 days of delivery. Once verified, we will provide a replacement or a full refund at no extra cost to you.

  • Consumer Rights (AU/NZ/EU/UK): Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights regarding major product failures or defects under the Australian Consumer Law, New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act, or applicable EU/UK consumer protection directives.

6. Product Guarantee & Limitation of Liability MANH HUNG PRIVATE ENTERPRISE warrants that all products will arrive free of manufacturing defects and match the descriptions on our site. We are not liable for any indirect damages resulting from the use of our website or the purchase of our products beyond the value of the order itself.

7. User Conduct & Termination Users are prohibited from using the site for any unlawful purpose, harassing our staff, or infringing on our intellectual property. We reserve the right to terminate your access to the website or cancel orders at our sole discretion if these terms are violated.
