1. Return Eligibility To be eligible for a return, please ensure:

Condition: Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with tags intact.

Non-eligible: Products that show signs of wear, alteration, or are not in their original condition.
2. Personalized (Made-to-Order) Products Beunikart specializes in handcrafted, bespoke designs made specifically for you. According to the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations and EU Consumer Rights Directives, personalized goods are legally exempt from the standard "right of withdrawal" or "change of mind" returns.
However, your absolute satisfaction is guaranteed. We will provide a free replacement or a full refund if:

The product is defective or damaged upon arrival.

The personalization does not match your order instructions.

The item size differs significantly from our published size chart.

3. Non-Personalized Products For standard items without custom details (Standard designs):

Exchanges: You may exchange for a different size or item. Customers are responsible for the price difference (if any).

Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method.
4. Shipping Fees & Restocking Fees

If the return is due to our error (defective/damaged), Beunikart covers 100% of the costs.

For "change of mind" on non-personalized items, the customer is responsible for return shipping.
