At MANH HUNG PRIVATE ENTERPRISE, we prioritize customer satisfaction. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 30-day return window from the date of delivery.

Return Eligibility

You may request a return if the following conditions are met:

  • Timeframe: Return must be initiated within 30 days of receiving your order.

  • Condition: Items must be unused, unwashed, and returned in their original packaging with tags intact.

  • Ineligible Items: Products that have been used, altered, or are not in their original condition are not eligible for return.

Exchanges & Refunds

For Non-Personalized Products:

  • Items without custom details (e.g., names, numbers) are eligible for exchange or refund.

  • If exchanging for a higher-priced item, customers will need to pay the difference in price.

  • Shipping costs for returns or exchanges are the customer's responsibility.

For Personalized Products:

  • Items with personalization (e.g., names, logos, custom designs) are non-refundable and non-returnable, except in cases where:

    • The item received does not match the order (e.g., wrong size, incorrect personalization).

    • The size does not align with our published size chart.

In such cases, please contact us with:

  • A clear photo  of the incorrect item.

  • A photo showing the measurement discrepancy (for sizing issues).

Return Process

  2. Receive Instructions: Our support team will provide return instructions and the correct return address.

  3. Send Item Back: Ship the product back to us. Once received, our fulfillment team will inspect the item (usually within 72 hours).

  4. Refund Issued: If approved, your refund will be processed. Refund timing may vary based on your bank or payment provider.
